The fuzzy Fjord looks longingly at the cozy cottage, not because she wants to go inside where it’s warm, you should know, but because she’s hoping someone will soon come out with peppermint snacks!

I’ve been away from Poser for over a year, for various reasons, and I’ve been having the hardest time figuring out how to get back into it, as I have so much content and so many ideas that I easily get overwhelmed, esp. when it comes to setting up lighting and fixing materials for a new scene. So I figured I’d ease back into it by re-using some of my earlier scenes and putting different characters into them. I first used the backdrop in the scene above in Dashing Through the Pasture on a Snowy Evening.
The Redhouse cottage is one of the first things I bought for Poser, many years ago, and I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve actually used it in a render! Actually, scratch that. Of course I can believe it, as I have a ridiculous dragon’s hoard worth of content I haven’t used. Yet!
