==AMY’S NOTES==
Even though I have a couple of nice undersea environments, it’s kind of fun to play with these backgrounds, esp. for the more stylized kinds of figures I tend to prefer. This one also stretched my Photoshop skills a bit to make the coral and anemone in the foreground have the kind of soft feel of similar elements in the background (using techniques I picked up from a few of Sveva’s tutorials).
I also always enjoy any opportunity to play with the adorable Merpal!
