Gregory and Hamlet can’t quite make out what’s on the stove, but if that’s not “fakon” they smell in the frying pan, Hamlet will be hopping on the next cart out of town! Meanwhile, Buttercup and Poncho are taking this opportunity to nab their own breakfast tidbits 🙂

I tried several cottages for this scene before I settled on this one, although it’s not without its problems (esp. as it’s rather old and something went kinda wonky with the trans maps on some of the flowers). I love this whole Fairytale Places set (which comes with a cottage, manor house, and mill) and have attempted to use it many times, but this is the first time it ended up in a final render — and this is the back side of the cottage! One of these days I’ll get it from the front, but further back from the camera than I did here and perhaps with a hint of DOF.
